In this video, we'll guide you on how to make this iconic dish that's both simple and packed with flavor. Perfect for anyone wanting to experience authentic Japanese cuisine at home, Gyudon features tender slices of beef simmered with onions in a savory broth, all served over steaming rice. Follow along as we share our easy-to-follow steps and tips for creating this satisfying meal, ensuring you can bring a taste of Japan to your dining table anytime!

◎Ingredients (portion for 2)
・ 1/2 bl of Thinly sliced Beef (200~250g)
・ 1 Onion
・ 1 piece of ginger (5g)
・ Cooked Rice

◎Ingredients for the broth
・2cups of Water (460ml)
・2 tbsp of mirin
・3 tbsp of cooking sake
・3 tbsp of soy sauce
・2 tbsp of sugar
・dashi powder (2~3g)

※Dashi powder can be omitted by substituting water with dashi. Please watch this video to learn how to make dashi.
